The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, ban, etc.
All products remain James Harvest Sportswear's property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. All transfers conducted through James Harvest Sportswear are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. James Harvest Sportswear shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.

During 14 days following the delivery of your order, you may request the exchange or refund of items, which you must return to us in perfect condition accompanied by the original invoice. Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact. James Harvest Sportswear cannot accept returns where labels have been removed.
You are responsible for the shipping of returned items back to James Harvest Sportswear and Texet AB. Items lost in transportation will not be compensated for.
Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer’s expense.
However, James Harvest Sportswear will not charge additional shipping on exchanges. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within two weeks of the return of the product, to the original purchaser’s credit card. Note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. Neither will shipping costs. For countries within the EU, VAT will be included in the refund. All exchanges are subject to availability.
Faulty items will be exchanged to the same type of product in the same size, subject to availability. Refunds for faulty items can be made within the 14-day period following delivery.

Our Return Policy in short
You can return the product within 14 days of delivery.
The product must be in new condition.
To avoid any Customs charges please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS'.

If a package is unclaimed you might have to pay a handling fee.
You can return the product within 14 days of delivery. The product must be in new condition. If the product is ruined or used the product shall not be refunded. Make sure to include contact information with the return and if possible, please provide us with a tracking number. James Harvest Sportswear suggests you get a receipt and a package ID for the return from the delivery service, as it makes it easier to follow the return shipment if needed.
James Harvest Sportswear will make a refund of eligible returns. If you paid by invoice, we will need a bank account number to transfer the money back to. The easiest way is to e-mail it to us along with a brief description of your case.
Returning A Package
If a returned item is shipped international, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any Customs charges. James Harvest Sportswear is NOT responsible for any return Customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

For packages that are not cashed at your post office within 14 days, James Harvest Sportswear reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies' administrative costs.
